Think about yourself and your teen in relation to disengagement.
In the workbook, capture any fears or triggers that resonate with you. These can relate to both yourself as a learner or more generally in life or at work.
Next, think about your child. What do you notice they fear? What are their triggers?
Is it a lack of connection, stifled creativity, inability to progress or perhaps a fear of failure?
You are also welcome to share your learning and insights with your teen if you think it is appropriate.
